2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Process calls and SMS through our AI system
- Score and qualify leads
- Book appointments on your behalf
- Send follow-up messages and reminders
- Generate reports and analytics for your account
- Improve our AI models and service quality
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our application data is stored in SQLite databases hosted on Railway infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Third-Party Services
ELYVN integrates with the following third-party services to deliver our platform:
- Retell AI — voice AI for call handling
- Twilio — phone and SMS infrastructure
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Anthropic Claude — AI processing and lead analysis
- Stripe — payment processing
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
- SMS messages and conversation logs: retained for 90 days
- Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 365 days
- Account and billing data: retained for the duration of your account plus any legally required period
6. Your Rights
- Callers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting us
- You may request a copy of all data we hold about your account
- You may close your account at any time, after which data will be deleted according to our retention schedule
